Bad service

I waited over an hour and a half for my order, when it finally arrived it was the wrong order. The manager phoned me back and blamed the driver. The way the order was packed it was very clear that the restaurant packed the wrong things. How do you pack only 2 out of 6 boxes. Large orders gets packed in large bags....
