Bad Service

Fishaways Cycad Center Polokwane. They have the worst customer service ever. Me, my husband and son decided that we will go and buy directly from the store. We waited a full our for fish???? While online orders were going out every minute. My question is? Are the online orders more important than the walk in customers? Non of the cashiers said anything, my baby also crying the whole time because we waited for food so long.
