Bad service

I went to order my lunch at mall of Africa Fishaways. I was told to wait for 10 min, I made it 12. Remember I'm on lunch. When is time to collect my order they started to have a conversation, I asked if there's anything wrong, the lady said they prepared wrong order. I told them I'm out of time, she said is loadshedding. I didn't understand their excuse. So I requested for refund.

They called the manager. He came and told me normally their orders takes time and they are almost done. Guess what, no one apologized. I missed my lunch for the day n thanks for Fishaways.
