Bad service

I placed an online order at the Fishaways Sunnyside at 12:28pm. at the latest, I expected the food to be delivered by 13:15. By 13:30 the food had still not been delivered. I phoned the number that is on the confirmation email and I was informed that the driver had left with my order for delivery but he is new and therefore may be getting lost. The lady indicated that she is not sure when I should expect the order. Then at 13:57pm I received a call from a number *** who advised that he is the driver that is suppose to deliver my food but he wanted to tell me that he still had a crisis (he did not mention what was wrong) but that he was still at the store and will be delivering soon. Lunch was between 13:00 and 14:00 and getting a call at 13:57 to inform me that the order has not yet left the store seems to defeat the whole purpose of ordering early. I was not happy with this service as there was no communication until I tried to be heard.
