Bad service

Today I went to fishaways with my family to buy food I was there at 20:45 I bought sea food hot pot and good life meal which was short with coslaw salad and my daughter bought 2xseafood hotpot.while I was talking to my daughter the lady told us there is no ice cream at steers and I said no we want ice cream at milkylane. Then I went to milkylane and they said the ice cream is wet.While I'm waiting for my food they were putting ice for Mr delivery and put to the back I went to the lady and asked her that why she said there is no ice cream she called the lady from steers and the lady was very rude with the attitude and I asked for their names and the lady from steers told her not to give the name .Luckily I had the slip and I saw the name .I'm very disappointed with the service and the ladies are very rude to the clients and even asked about the time why on the website it says 9:30 closing time and I was there before time8:45 according to my sip and they said they closing at 9:00 while I got my food 9:20 and closing time us 9:30 on the website even customers who came after me were frustrated even ask for manager and they look at the customer as if he is crazy. Sorry but the service is bad and it's not the first time sometimes we walk away without complaining but this time the ladies ate very rude date 24Jan 2025.
