BAD SERVICE

The service we received is horrid at the fishaways at the gateway mall. I called in and placed an order spoke to Bongani, when I arrived at the store my order was not even placed. I am rushing through my break and the staff at the counter has a don't care laxy dazy attitude.

The staff didn't even apologies, I was just told to wait. Your staff needs to be trained in customer service it really impacts ur business.
