BAD SERVICE
I HAVE ORDERED MY FOOD EXACTLY AT 12.09 TODAY WHILE I WAS ON LUNCH BUT I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 12:40 JUST TO RECEIVE A SIMPLE BURGER. WHEN I ENQUIRE ABOUT MY ORDER AS NO ONE TOLD ME IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER BECAUSE I WAS IN FRONT OF THEM SO THEY COULD SEE THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG. I WAS TOLD THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELED BY MISTAKE FROM THEIR KITCHEN SIDE. I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER TIME FOR MY BURGER AND I WAS ALREADY LATE FOR MY LUNCH AS IT IS 30 MINUTES.
