Bad Service

I'm so highly upset at the service i received from Fishaway Sandton City, those people don't know what they doing, i ordered a meal and told them i'm coming back after 20 min to collect. When i went to Fishways to collect my order, it was not ready, instead i found people that just ordered and their meals and in few minutes they were ready, so i had to wait for another 15 min for my order to be ready, and what else i noticed is that, they buzz you to collect your order and by the time you collect, they take your slip and tell you to wait, like i mean shouldn't the order be ready by time they buzz, i'm highly annoyed and will not be visiting Fishaways anymore
