Bad service

I made a call to place an order at Fishaways Dobsonville but ended up not because the lady who I was talking to on the phone ended hanging up the call on me because she was impatient and veryrude. First of all I did not get her since did not introduce herself when she picked up my call. I tried to correct her about her manner, the response I got from her was if she was impatient and rude to me she would have long dropped the call, but eventually she managed to drop the call on my ear. She was struggling to find my address because I needed a delivery service. Fishaways has lost a customer due to such incompetence and bad service. I personally have got nothing to lose because I can buy food anywhere were I will be acknowledged and appreciated as a customer.
