BAD SERVICE
Today 28/02/2018 i discovered that Mmabatho fishaways has online services. At 12.15 i placed an order online. By 13.25 I called the restaurant as i still did not receive my order. I was informed that there is only one driver and I will have to wait until the driver is available to deliver my order. No apology nothing. I told the manager that he should cancel my order as their customer service is pathetic. At 14.05 i receive a call from fishaways asking me where to deliver my order. I tell the guy to cancel my order as i placed it at 12.15 and I no longer want the meals. I will definitely think twice before ever ordering from fishaways as their cashiers are rude and their service is pathetic
