bad service

To Whom It May Concern

I honestly valued the calibre of service upheld by Fishaways until today. I have never in my entire life experienced such pathetic and unprofessional service as I did tonight. At 18h29 I called Fishaways at Total Garage Nrwcadtle CBD & placed an order with one of the staff by the name of Ameena. After having specified my order, I enquired as to the total of my order so as to ensure that the payment is ready when the delivery is made, to which Ameena responded that she'd call me back to confirm the total. Twenty minutes later, I called again to confirm the total of my order as I had not received any call as yet & when Ameena heard it was me she said that she was just about to call. I then enquired as to how long it would take for the delivery of my order to take place, to which Ameena advised that it would take approximately between 35 minutes to an hour for delivery. At exactly 19h56, I called to follow up on the whereabouts of my order & was told by Ameena that my order had left already & she'd call the driver to ascertain his exact location & get back to me. Eight minutes later at 20h04, I had still not received my order nor the expected phone call & then decided to call Ameena & instruct her have my order cancelled as I have never in my life & even based on many previous occasions, experienced such pathetic service! I also advised her of my intention to report this matter to the local press as I was totally disgusted with the level of service being delivered. Whilst I was placing an order at another local food outlet in town, my wife attended to a call from Ameena advising that the driver was new on the job & that they were prepared to give me my order at 50% off the purchase price which I refused because I was already placing my order & was in the process of making payment at an opposition franchise. My dissatisfaction on the service received is based on the lack of communication, empathy & professionalism given by your franchise outlet! As from the word GO when I was promised a call to verify the amount due by myself for the order to the last call I received, there was a great lack of communication & service. Had I been told from the beginning that the driver was new or even perhaps being telephoned to be advised as to where the driver was or even being called for directions to my home I would have understood but unfortunately there was absolutely no effort made to ensure my happiness / satisfaction in this case. I will certainly be advertising this in the local or national press as well as on the consumer complaints website as to have to wait for over an hour for something which was supposed to have taken 35 - 60 min is darn right absurd & I will ensure that none of my associates, friends, family, etc. ever support you!
