Bad service

On 03 September, I went to buy Pop Prawns large size at Fishaways Highlands Shopping center and I was not happy with the potion of the prawns because they were too small from the medium size I once bought before. The store manager was called by the name of Maria, I told her I was not happy with the potion and I would like a refund if they can’t top up my potion, she responded very rudely to me to told me that they can’t refund me because they have prepared the food and who will eat it if I want refund. She was talking to me in a hash manner, I felt so humiliated and embarrassed because other customers were there and staring at us while she was raising her voice at me, I left the store unhappy and nothing was done with the order I wasn’t happy.still not happy
