Bad management and food etiquette

We went to order from Fishaways Amalinda for the convenience of ready made dishes and thought it was going to be an in and out like other establishments. When I got there, there was one cashier dealing with walk in customers and online orders. Ordering was very slow, getting my order was even slower. When I got home, I saw that my order was badly handled. The fish looked like it was re-fried but was taken from another order as it had pieces of rice stuck to it. I had ordered fish and chips. Never going back there.
