Bad food

I have ordered fishaways a few weeks ago .I had visitors who were very hungry . Order came, old chips,rice was not not fresh,onions rings were dripping with oil. And calamari was like rubber. I always order from this branch as it is close to my home .my meal was roughly R420 . I contacted the shop to complain and lay a complaint online . No one has done anything as yet . Apologizing does mean anything I spend all that money for bad food . The manager has still not been in touch with me, hasn't replaced my food or substitute me with a voucher . Princess crossing fishaways in roodepoort is pathetic. Very very disappointed as I always purchase there .very unhappy
