Bad Food and Food Service

I ordered from Fishaways Lorraine, and the quality of food we ordered was not appetising.. I called the shop and spoke to manager who not once apologized. I insisted that i want a refund and was told she cant do that. I took the food back and the manager did not greet and had an attitude and not apologized. Bad food and Bad Service.
