Bad food and bad attitude

Yesterday we went to Fishaways in Parys, we ordered 1 x hake and chips, 2 x Calamari strips and 1 x medium chips to takeaway. When the food arrived we changed our minds and sat there to eat, when we opened the bag there was only 1 x packet of Calamari strips. My wife went back to the cashier to show her what we received and as we have not left the shop, we couldn't have taken it out. The lady making the food shouted that we got what we ordered, 1 x packet of Calamari strips, my wife gave the slip to the cashier showing that we paid for 2 x packets. In a very rude way she said that we must go and sit she will make us an extra serving. After about 10 minutes she brought us 5 x calamari strips in a small plate, which was not even halve of what was in the packet we have received.
