Bad Food

We went to buy food, firstly the lady how are waiting for the food when it comes from the back, is talking so much to the other staff that she doesn't see all the food that is ready to be given to customers so our food is cold not acceptable then when eating the rice, it is not cooked. What are we paying for when the service is so terrible, I contacted the customer services and now they are telling me I must wait for 24 to 48 Hours, so I am sitting with the *** food in my fridge untill the decide to attend to my query. How can you allow staff to chat and not pay attention to customers orders.
