Bad delivery and food

Seriously bad. Every time we order it's about 25mins and the app tells you that it is delivered but it's not. Follow up calls to say that the driver is on the way. Then an operator says that they will follow up and get back to you but they never do. Not even to talk about the tiniest pieces of any type of seafood with mountains of rice and chips...it's like you are paying so much money for the rice and chips
