Bad customer service

This emailed to fishaways customer service and no one responded to this

On the 21st we went to Bayside Mall our order was as followa 3 Hake nugget pots

1 shrimp and rice

3 sliders hake

Firstly we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. While standing there a couple complained about their rice being oily and unenjoyable while observing this. The lady I presumed may be the manager/supervisor adamantly refused to change or accommodate them with their order saying she will NOT change it and her rice is made with butter and if he doesn't eat butter that's his problem.

How do we know that the rice is made with butter? was my thoughts. The couple respectively asked for something else as the husband is hungry. She didn't want to listen to them and went on about she will not change her recipe. He then left is rice and fish on the counter and left. My husband then approached her to ask about the rice and if it will be oily she said no. We questioned her about our meal and our concerns, she assured us all will be OKAY 30 minutes later we got our meal. We got home and was ready to enjoy our meal, what a disaster the rice was exactly what the previous gentleman complained about oily and tasteless the carrots was so hard, fish was mushy. The sliders I thought I was eating a KFC crunch burger. The fish was crispy and jaw hard.I was so disappointed and my thoughts of taking the food back was a no no because if she had that kind of attitude towards previous customer what will she do to me.
