Bad communication and very unprofessional.
I arrieved at Fishaways Potchefstroom tonight. I knew that they closed at 22h00. I looked at the menu to decide what I will be having.
As I was about to close, the cashier told me that they just closed. Could she not tell me that while I was looking at the Menu?
I got the owners number and called him to explqin how bad this is, I sqid that I will make contqct with Fishawqys head office which I will do on Monday and he slammed the phonw down in my ear.
I come from a 5stqr hospitality (Chef) background and any person with sense would comunicate to their clients.
I will mak3 contact with Fishaways HO to resolve this.
Good luck Fishawaye Potch. Yoit service was fantastic before and always have been. I am juwt shocked and cant believe this feom onw of my favourite fast food spots.
