BAD

The service is absurd and it's so pathetic... I placed an order today (10/12/19) at around 11:30 2 hours went by and I was still waiting for my order. I called the first time inquiring about it and the lady said that the driver had left 15 min before I called coming to my place to deliver the order. 20 min pass by and I call again. This time I talk to a different lady and she says my order didn't even go out and the driver had just arrived in the shop from another delivery. I ended up receiving my order and it was not good. The onion rings are too thick. The food was cold. The chips were more of a small than a large. Really disappointed. I'm never placing an online order with them at all anymore.
