Awefull slow service - Fishaways Heidelberg Mall

Today 4 September 2020 I placed an order with no 282 at 17H14 at Fishaways Heidelberg Mall. There was only 2 other customers before me. I ordered 2 of the Hake and Calamari meals and upsized the fish to medium and also 1 Double up meal and also upsized the 2 hakes to medium. I sat and waited for 46 minutes before I received my order. The service was terrible and orders got mixed up. Everybody in store was complaining about the long waiting time. When I got home with my food another surprise. I was given 3 orders of Hake and Calamari meals instead of 2 meals and 1 upsize Double up meal. So after the poor service I aslo received the wrong food. I wasn't prepared to drive all the way back to go and get the correct order and most probably wait another 46 minutes. I will NEVER support Fishaways again and will definately to recommend anybody to buy there. The store should have actually stayed closed and never opened. I'm not in possesion of my slip as the teller took it.
