Absolutely vile! - Fishaways Bergbron

I wish to make a complaint about Fishaways - Bergbron. To say that my most recent experience was utterly disgusting, doesn't even begin to explain the absolutely appalling service and food received! On Friday, the 29th of July. An attempt was made to use the online service of Fishaways to order a meal for collection however as usual the service was unavailable.

Thus a trip to the store was needed. 3x medium fried hake and chips meals were ordered and collected, However upon eating the meal it was discovered that it was not fried as per the instructions but instead it was grilled. To add further insult the fish was not cooked properly and the chips were burnt and utterly atrocious. Especially in these trying economic times, it is most definitely abhorrent that Fishaways - Bergbron is allowed to treat their customers with such contempt, with regards to their service and the food products that they sell.
