Absolutely Disgusted

Where do I start. Never have I ever felt so furious in my life. I have phoned 7 times of which not one of my calls were answered. Then I get to the fishaways and get the worst customer service I could ever imagine. The most unprofessional and rude staff I have come across. The attitude given was horrible. I then decided after I have placed my order to stand outside and phone the franchise one more time to see the reason why the phone was not being answered. She picked up the phone and dropped it. I couldn't believe my eyes. Then after taking one more order from the next customer she takes out her phone and lies against the counter. To top it off I had to wait almost 20min for a regular hake and chipd in a shop that is not busy. I supported Magalies View Fishaways a lot, but tonight was my last purchase and I will not recommend them to any of my friends or family, not after what I had to endure.
