Absolutely bad service!!

We order food and waited around 2 hours for the food to arrive. We called them and they just said that they gave the driver a lot of orders and he is on his way.

Eventually the driver arrived and we paid and we gave the driver an extra tip of R50.00, because it was not his fault his manager has poor managing skills.

We ate our cold food and fishaways phoned and apologized and said our next meal will be 50% off. Half an hour later they phone us back and tell us the driver said we did not pay the full amount and that we need to pay the rest of the money.
