A ****roach inside my food!

I bought food at the Fishaways in parktown Saint David’s place road (13/12/2023). I was with my girlfriend and what was supposed to be her favourite food place became a quick PTSD trigger when we found a ****roach inside the hake. I AM LIVID! WHAT MORE WILL I SAY AFTER THIS BESIDES THROW UP?!
