A call centre makes or breaks your company

We are currently experiencing a power outage and previously our local Fishaways would be closed.

But, we were hopeful and phoned. We got to a call centre where Lazarus helped us communicate with the store, place an order and we're super professional and helpful.

I wish more call centres get people of Lazarus' caliber. Thank you.
