5-star products @ 2-star service

Used their online services once and it was a budge-up deluxe! After placing our order, FOR DELIVERY, the system rep**** me with my order notice and reflected - for collection. So, I immediately phoned the Menlyn branch to inform them of the order notice that is reflecting as collection and not for delivery as I selected on the website. Firstly, they insisted that I selected incorrectly and was at fault. Secondly, they informed me that the delivery driver has already left - which was not time specified anyware on the website! I then request a refund as this order was already paid for - they did not "know how" to refund my card payment and so they insisted they will make a plan to deliver. An hour later (In total of 3 hours now) they phoned me, told me that they cannot deliver and will now refund me. Finally, with much MUCH effort we got our money back eventually. I will not support such pathetic service again nor even remotely recommend it. Fishaways, more like STAY AWAYS!
