2full hours waiting

Absolutely appalled by the service at Fishaways Carlton center. I waited for TWO FULL HOURS for my food... which I was paying for...to arrive. They claimed it would take 45 minutes to an hour.... Which was clearly not the case. When I spoke to the manager he **** and said that the calls go through to their call center and not directly to them... BUT I WAS SPEAKING DIRECTLY TO HIM... He said he would call the driver and get back to me but did he do that? NO! Because all he cares about is the fact that he's getting his money. The customer experience can go to hell.
