Poor service Fishaways

We waited to be served for over 5 minutes the waitresses were chitchatting at the back while we called them requesting the service. The manager (Patricia) came and she never even felt any need to apologise nor sow remorse for keeping us waiting. When I complained she said no one told her that I was waiting.
