Food not fit for consumption

I purchased a meal fish onion rings rice and chips. The chips were soaked with oil dripping the fish wS the same as a result the rice was floating in oil. Unfit for human consumption. I called yp tell the restaurant. Took some pictures to send to them. After like 2 hours they asked me to bring it back for a refund. Must I now incur a cost of petrol. The least they could have done is exchanged the food which I requested at the time and was told they have no driver. I gave tye food away as it could not be eaten dunked in oil. Lazy staff not draining the food adequately. Chips were limp and soggy Imagine if they sold bulk chips like other stores...they would get a under ZERO rating.
