Bad attitude

I generally do not complain, but I feel this requires attention.

The other night my friend and I wanted to purchase some food from Fish Tales, Sunridge, Port Elizabeth. The door was open, thus I walked in. The lady cleaning the floor just looked and said 'we're closed'. I apologised and wanted to close the door, to which she rep**** 'no, leave open'.

My friend sent the complaints department an email explaining the situation and that we were there before 20h00, as they close at 20h00. The person responsible rep**** to him, stating that according to CCTV footage, we were there after 20h00.

He then stated that he found our complaint dissapointing towards their establishment.

I can understand that we were there after 20h00, as they have proof. However, the attitude of both the staff and the person replying I will not stand for.

I gave a rating of one as there is no zero rating.
