Terrible Service

If it was possible to give this store a negative I would be most satisfied. I went to Delicious Fish and Chips at Village Square in Randfontein on the 26th November 2020 at exactly 11:30. I sanitized my hands and waited to be served. Upon arrival I found 2 cashiers who where having a conversation. I stood there with hopes that I will be acknowledged however to my surprised they did not even ask for an apology to sort out their conversation and assure me that they will attend to me. I continued waiting however their conversation still continued. I waited for over 5 minutes while more customers where waiting now. If you do have a CCTV please do go through it so you can see that I am not making any of this up. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism that your employees hold to this store. It is the very same attitude that will bring the store to its knees especially taking into consideration that I risked my life coming to the store to support under these harsh times of Covid 19. I left the store feeling I came begging for food when I could have gone to any other store. I urge the store owner to train your employees on customers service.
