No sides delivered

I placed an order today via ubereats and for some reason they never deliver my sides. this is the second time this has happened then i was told to come to the store to collect or send someone to collect the side they didn't pack. then there was a very RUDE and ARROGANT guy that answered the phone. All this is from Fish & Chips Mall@55.
