Bad service

The service I got from dobsonville mall fish and chips is very unprofessional. I went to buy ice cream there then assistant was holding the ice cream cone with her hands without plastic gloves. I asked her why are aren't you putting gloves she said I must go and ask the manager, I went to speak to the manager Jane she was very rude towards me telling me that she is busy and left me like that. I'm so disappointed with the service that I received today and I don't think I can ever buy in that store again.
