Always saying they closed while other customers come and buy after me.

I'm so disappointed with the fish and chips of klipfontain Witbank service. Yesterday on the 2nd of February 2025, I came to buy chips and I was told it's closed while they're seating and door opened. Today again on the 3rd of February I'm told it's closed and doors are open and most of people returned with the attitude from the lady by the counter. I asked them if it's closed why they not put notice board for everyone to know the closing time.
