Absolutely shocking and Poor Customer service

Querying about poor service received from fish and chips Co on the 04 April 2015 at Tshilamba,i ordered the special meals for fish and chips R 19,99 or either the R 24 00 only to be told they don't offer that at all . i asked the guy rendering the service why are you advertising the specials or they must put a notice so that we are aware and he said its not his job to do that, the guy was rude and didn't want to listen to my query.He told me everybody who works there manage the business.I trust this is not the way Fish and Chips Co Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers.the incident has really left a bad impression.i would welcome the opportunity to discuss the matter further My contact numbers *** Delicia Mahlare
