Unbelievable

I bought a ring at sterns and after a few months I had it cleaned at Fischer's. After an hour of having my ring back a stone fell out. I took it back to them and it took them a week to come to the conclusion that they do not have the particular size of my stone. Their solution is to put in a stone that is a bit bigger, but it has an identical stone on the other side. On top of that I have to pay for it?

I have always heard "You should go to Fischer's", but after this I will be the one saying "No, you know what happened to me?". I will never go to them again.
