Fiducuairy Institute email gatekeeper/secretariat Aaron Roup refused to let me lay serious complaints against Mr Vanya Terblanche and Ms Sherine Jansen, citing that they were not members and thus, not within their mandate. Yet they are the heads of Absa Deceased Estates and their names appeared on the online list of members.
