VERY DISAPPOINTED

Bad representation and misleading sales tactic. Agent and seller did not disclose damages and what needed to be replaced or repaired on the property. Seller said the property was sold voetstoets. Fair enough, that should not rule out fairness and upfront disclosure. We are stuck with a house that has a lot if small things to do which actually adds up to unnecessary expenditures which could have been avoided.
