Zero feedback on wrong order delivery
Unfortunately, my experience has been terrible. I purchased an item from their website. The incorrect item arrived. I have sent several emails to their customer service department (and Vivien-Lee), I have phoned and have not received any help. I have requested a refund and collection of wrong item and nobody cares to respond. Never again.
