Wrong product description and delivery
I've had a "not so nice" experience with FirstShop. I ordered a specific calculator on their website. The wrong product was delivered - it was the same brand but not the same item that was ordered and advertised. I sent the calculator back and they refunded the calculator's fees, but I still had to pay the courier fees? I've been in contact with them since 26 January about this - still no success. I won't order from them again.
