Worst service ever!

So i had a T.V delivered on the 11th of March, set it up and immediately saw it was defective, have been trying since the 12th of march to get a replacement, we are currently on the 26th of March and its just story after story, i would highly advise to never use Firstshop unless you love to struggle stay very very far away.

I can understand that, but now those 2 to 3 days are also about to be over and then its just more excuses again is there no plan we can make to speed things up here

Hi Carl, I believe that you are going to collect the replacement unit in order to save on time so you can get it before the long weekend.
