Worst order ever

I want to be open and honest and say that I feel that they don't even deserve 1 Star not even my anger, I bought a ASUS RT-AX55 wireless router from them Monday 17th April when I phoned in on Wednesday 19th morning early just past 8am to confirm my order they could not find it, eventually it was confirmed as paid on April 19th, 2023 at 10:54am and I was assured my item will be delivered no later than Monday April 25th which did not happen, then I contacted them Tuesday 26th to follow up and I was told there was a problem with the driver on I will receive my item no later than Friday April 29th, thus too did not happen, I up till now have not received any response from the company as to why or what is happening no email, no sms, no phone call, when I called them today Tuesday May 2nd I was told by a gentleman a different excuse about the driver etc, but I was so angry already I didn't even want to hear any of it I requested a refund for my order and was told to send a mail which I did and now being told it takes 2 to 3 working days for refunds to be processed, I will be posting on the matter as I get updates, please guy's I am telling you that if you are in need of equipment to please rather pay the R200 more on Takealot than ever use this company FirstShop
