Worst Online I.T Store ever

Experience was utterly bad, one order never arrived and no one seems to be able to assist, the one lady tried her best and kept in communication with me via email and phone calls, but seems like the "driver" that had to deliver it from the warehouse went missing in action as he still haven't arrived with my order.

I urge people to rather support places that will deliver a acceptable service and stay away from FirstShop

Let's see if the department can actually do a refund on the order that was never fulfilled by FirstShop
