Worse customer service

Placed an order on the 20th February, was advised that my order will be delivered with 1-3 working days. To date my order is not delivered. Worse customer service ever. Rather cancel my order and refund my money if my order cannot be delivered.

Hi there, I do apologize for the mix-up. Please note, this order was delayed due to the TV license we needed from you in order to process the order on our side. This is a must as per law. The order is out with the courier. Our team will be in touch shortly with the tracking info for you.

TV license details were provided the same day I made the order. So please come with a better excuse for the pathetic service you'll provide. If I do not receive my order by end of business today cancel my order and refund my money urgently. I should have read the reviews before I bought from you guys. Worst service ever.
