Will I ever receive my product?

I placed an order for a Logitech Headset on the 4th of June with the expectation of receiving it 1-3 days later as suggested by the confirmation email that was sent to me. I phoned several times to find out when the headset was supposed to arrive and kept being met with uncer*****y. I was then informed that the ETA had moved tentatively to the 19th of June, but was not guaranteed. I then received another email stating that the ETA had been moved yet again, but a date could not be confirmed. It is now the 21st of June and still no sign of the headset. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received, especially when I have now been told to select another product as they could not establish when they would be receiving stock.
