Why didn't I go to them first?

I was battling to find stock of a multipack of cartridges for my printer (Maxify 4140). My usual source had no stock and their supplier failed to deliver to them. I had also tried T@ke@lot and ended up returning incorrectly provided cartridges for credit. I hadn't heard of FirstShop previously but I was almost out of ink in 2 of 4 cartridges so tried them.
