Waiting for delivery after a week.

They promised delivery on Friday the 4th after order was placed and paid for on Monday 31st already. I am very disappointed and my business received a bad name because of First Shop. What a nightmare experience and I will never buy from you again. I lost a good customer and will be taking this further. Still no delivery .
