USELESS!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

SHOCKING experience with FirstShop!! Not only does stock show as available on their website when they do t have stock.. there is also no communication with the client regarding the order!! Only after enquiries made after the 5 days when nothing is received one gets told that there is no stock!! Even then.. no apology and no rush to get it sorted out!! Then I got told that one of the items was shipped and delivered!! Definitely not to me and I was not even contacted by any courier company and was at the address the whole day. Again NO COMMUNICATION!! I was told by customer service that they don’t have the delivery details but will send an email.. an entire day and still no feedback!! I asked to speak to a manager on two separate occasions.. they are never available and don’t return calls as promised. DONT EVER USE THEM!!
